Mentor MP/Quantum MP FDL Trip

If you have just installed a MentorMP/Quantum MP and you are getting FDL trip check the following:

1.  Verify the fuses check OK

2.  Ensure the internal field is enabled (Pr5.77)

3.  Check to see if there is a jumper between L11 and L12
